Diagnosis is charged for most problems. If we aren't diagnosing the vehicle, then we aren't doing our job correctly, and we can't be sure the problem will be fixed. If the problem is not simple, and requires extended testing, the additional hours of diagnosis are charged at $50 per hour. Electrical issues and problems that require major disassembly to find may fall into this category.

Below you will find a general guide to pricing on common fluid services. Please note that each service varies per vehicle according to fluid capacity, parts costs, etc. This is just a guide, and is done in the interest of transparency, to give you an idea of what to expect. Please contact us for exact estimates. Note that doing multiple services at once, such as your standard 60k and 100k mile services, saves money as labor times overlap.

Oil service and inspection:
Every oil change receives an inspection, including brakes, bushings, leaks, fluid top offs, and more. We do not offer "quick change" oil pricing without an inspection, because we believe a thorough service of your vehicle is important in extending its life and keeping you safe. We also use quality synthetic oil, not the cheapest available. This is no knock on drive through oil service stations, they have their time and place, but they often only service and check for minor maintenance items. Thanks for understanding.

Variance in job hours make it impossible to post a comprehensive guide for pricing, but here are a few very common jobs on cars we deal with. Parts availability, and price fluctuations are also unpredictable factors which affect cost. This is a guide, not guaranteed pricing.

BMW oil filter housing leaks:
- $500-750 dependent on engine type, if oil has damaged belts and other components as is common with this leak, +$100-300
BMW valve cover replacement, N20, N52, N54, N55 engines (new valve cover included, not just the seal. Valve covers are plastic and contain components that fail often and set check engine lights. For this reason full replacement is advised.)
- $800-1300 depending on engine type and parts availability (Good aftermarket covers sometimes not available, Genuine is more expensive)
Mercedes Breather Cover Leak, M272 v6 engine (with additional rear camshaft plugs)

Our Warranty
Our Warranty
We warranty our work for 1 year or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. This covers any defects in craftsmanship or parts, and any problem with the installation. The parts suppliers we use also have extended parts warranties typically for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. This is typical of the parts warranties, but may be slightly longer or shorter in some cases. If you'd like to know the specific warranties on the parts being used please feel free to ask. Depending on the circumstance, and at our discretion, we may prorate labor for parts failures beyond our stated warranty period. Our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible with the work we do and the parts we use.
Warranty will not cover damage due to accidents or misuse of the vehicle beyond, or outside of, the vehicle's manufacturer intended capabilities.
